The Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act known as WIOA is now taking applications for in-school and out-of-school youth. Pick up your WIOA application along with a list of documents you need to turn in. When you come to CS, stay in your vehicle, someone will greet you. Complete the application as much as you can then call (575) 854-2609 ext. 1411 or 1403 to turn in your application and schedule a TABE test. Make sure to take the COVID-19 test for safety. The scores from the TABE test will be used to create your educational packet for distance learning or independent study. You do not need to come back inside the building after the TABE test. Please call us at (575) 854-2609 ext. 1411 or 1403 for further information. A timesheet will be explained to you, right now students are eligible for 16 hours per week, to be turned in every two weeks. The instructor will notify you of when assignments will be collected for review.
We are taking every precautionary measure to be safe, please wear your mask, use disinfectant, and practice social distancing. Again, call (575) 854-2609 ext. 1400 for further information.
