NMYCC Positions Now Open 01/22/2019
12 positions are now open for the New Mexico Youth Conservation Corps (NMYCC) starting March 4 - August 29, 2019 for ages 18-25. Visit the Division of Community Services for the application/employment process.
The first orientation to learn the required work and educational expectations for the project is January 29, 2019 at 3pm.

NTU Classes Spring 2019 02/08/2019
Navajo Technical University (NTU) and the University of New Mexico Valencia Branch Community College (UNMVC) continues to serve the Alamo community youth with dual credit opportunities at the high school level.
NTU continues to serve on-site postsecondary opportunities for concurrent enrollment in the Administrative Office Specialist Program of Study for Certificate and Associate of Applied Science Degrees. For spring semester, 2019, the following courses are offered in Alamo as part of the distance learning initiated scheduled through the Native American Career and Technical Education Program (NACTEP):
Monday evenings: 5-8, ADM208, Office Accounting - Enrollment now closed
Tuesday evenings: 5-8PM, ADM203, Advertising and Public Relations Strategies - Enrollment now closed
Wednesday evenings: 5-8PM, ADM113, Office Procedures- Enrollment now closed
Internship program ADM213 for three (3) ANSBI employees who are seeking their Associate Degrees in the Administrative Office Specialist degree program. One hundred and fifty (150) hours of observation is a requirement on the internship agreement. - Enrollment now closed
