The Alamo Early Childhood Center will be closed from August 4th through August 7th to accommodate mandatory professional development and training for all staff.

During this time:

• Childcare services will not be provided

• Early Head Start (EHS) classes will not be held

• Regular services will not be offered. We will be closed to the public. 

This closure ensures that all staff, including our substitutes, are able to participate in training sessions required by the Office of Head Start to maintain program compliance and support high-quality service delivery.

As part of our commitment to recognizing and celebrating the hard work and dedication of our staff, we are continuing the Employee of the Month recognition program. This program is designed to highlight employees who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance, positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to our organizational values. Recognizing these individuals not only boosts morale but also encourages a culture of excellence throughout our teams.
